You don’t have to stop eating meat (if you are a meat eater) to lower the cholesterol. You have to watch out for foods that have a high percentage of harmful fats. A lot of processed food contains those fats.


The sad fact about our everyday life is that we eat a lot of processed food that contains a lot of sugar. That raises the levels of blood sugar which has an adverse effect on all of the heart diseases. Reducing the number of said sugars you consume is the best way to control the blood sugar. You can do this by forsaking fast food, sodas, and other processed ingredients.
